Full control, management and personal participation in the full production process of creating YouTube videos: from checking the script and daily work with the director and editor to final preparation of the video for publication. Main task and product of Team Lead is to deliver with the team a fully ready and high-quality product (ready video) by the deadline.

Fluent Russian at a high level of literacy. Creative approach and relevant experience in creating YouTube content: experience developing own channel or working with other YouTube channels. Team management experience: setting tasks and monitoring their execution. Responsible work requiring maximum attention and involvement, so perseverance, stress tolerance and attention to detail are required. Team Lead must be constantly in touch during the working day to control the team, set tasks and check finished material (AI generations). Constant work on checking finished material and evaluating it according to a high quality standard, finding errors and flaws.

Full-time without combining with other projects or part-time work. Monday–Saturday, 09:00–18:00 MSK. High income, amount discussed individually after the interview and based on your experience. Payment to your crypto wallet twice a month. Priority to candidates living outside Russia.
