Team Lead MLOps / Tech Lead at Selecty (Fintech). Remote (Russia). Salary: 350,000 - 450,000 RUB net. Project: Implementing Antifraud models within a bank's MLOps ecosystem.

Project — implementation of Antifraud models as part of the development of the bank's MLOps ecosystem. The team develops a unified platform for working with ML models and their delivery infrastructure. Within the project: Model development environment (train / inference pipelines) Model execution environment Delivery and operation platform Feature Store AutoML solutions RAG and AI agents

Experience managing development and/or DevOps teams Solid understanding of DevOps and MLOps processes Experience in fintech / banks Understanding of antifraud systems, credit pipelines, or blocking systems Experience in building team processes (1-1, individual development plans, onboarding) Product mindset Will be a plus: Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD Knowledge of Hadoop / Spark / Kafka / ELK Experience with ML platforms and pipelines Practice of building MLOps ecosystems
