MTS is looking for an ML Tech Lead / AI Product Manager in Moscow. Salary up to 485,000 RUB. Hybrid work format. Requires 2+ years of experience in technical project management, understanding of LLMs, RAG, and agent systems.

We are building next-generation AI agents and copilots for autonomous business task resolution. We are seeking a technical manager to be the operational core of the division: synchronizing teams, plans, and priorities, transforming complex AI development into a predictable process with clear business outcomes. Responsibilities: — Consolidate and maintain unified roadmaps for AI agents and copilots. — Manage the operational aspects of development and coordinate cross-functional teams. — Prepare executive status reports: metrics, initiative progress, risks. — Collaborate with internal clients to integrate agents into their processes. — Participate in product decisions: scenario analysis, MVP definition, hypothesis validation. — Establish processes for testing and evaluating the quality of AI solutions (accuracy, A/B tests).

What's important for success: Management: 2+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or products (preferably in AI/LLM). AI Expertise: Understanding of LLM specifics, RAG, agent systems, their limitations, and workarounds. Planning: Strong planning and prioritization skills in uncertain environments. Communication: Ability to synchronize technical teams and business stakeholders. Data Driven: Experience with metrics (from engineering to product) and preparing executive presentations. Will be a plus: — Technical background or experience with LLM-based automation tools. — Experience evaluating AI solution ROI and defending investments. — Knowledge of the latest trends in agent systems.
