Team Lead / Lead 1C Developer (UT)

Lead developer for 1C:UT at a wholesale sewing accessories and fabrics company. Full-time, office/hybrid in Moscow. Salary 200-400K RUB.

Responsibilities include leading a 1C development team (code review, mentoring), developing and maintaining 1C:UT for business processes, automating sales, purchasing, warehouse, pricing, logistics, optimizing performance, and developing integrations with the website, marketplaces, and external services.

5+ years of 1C development experience, 1+ year as Team Lead. Strong knowledge of 1C:Enterprise and 1C:UT. Experience with non-standard customizations and integrations (REST API, HTTP, JSON/XML). Skills in code review, task breakdown, and estimation. Ability to understand business processes and propose technical solutions.
