Responsibilities include: - Managing several projects in parallel from requirements gathering to release and delivery to the client - Independently formulating requirements, decomposing tasks, and assigning them to the development team - Planning timelines, budget, external dependencies, and controlling risks - Managing client expectations: proposing solutions, justifying deadlines, and agreeing on priorities - Coordinating developers and external contractors, controlling result quality - Maintaining project documentation and keeping the task tracker up to date

- Experience in custom web development from 3 years - Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously - Experience in fintech (payments, lending, investments) is an advantage - Ability to work without a ready-made technical specification, independently formulate requirements, and make decisions - Skills in decomposition, timeline estimation, risk and dependency management - Technical understanding of web applications: frontend, backend, API, databases, environments, and releases - Ability to defend deadlines and priorities, negotiate with the client, and take responsibility for the result
