Team Lead/Head of Retention
Team Lead/Head of Retention role focusing on CRM strategy, campaign management, and player lifecycle optimization in iGaming. Responsibilities include developing CRM strategy, launching campaigns across multiple channels, and managing bonus mechanics. Requires experience in iGaming CRM and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities: - Development of the project's CRM strategy: segmentation, player lifecycles, trigger and mass campaigns. - Planning and launching CRM campaigns across all channels (email, push, SMS, Telegram, in-app). - Building and optimizing regular flows: onboarding, reactivation, churn-prevention, VIP/Pre-VIP, LTV Growth. - Management of bonus and promo mechanics in collaboration with Bonus/Promo: mathematics, targeting, KPI. - Creation and maintenance of the CRM content calendar + unified test calendar. - CRM Analytics: setting metrics and monitoring RR, DAU, CR→dep1-dep5, BR, Bonus ROI, OR/CTR. - Hypotheses and A/B tests: formation, launch, analysis. - Channel deliverability management: domains, reputation, infrastructure in collaboration with Tech. - Coordination of work with design, copywriters, BI, tech team. - Regular reporting on CRM effectiveness and optimization proposals.
Requirements: - Experience in CRM in iGaming - Experience working with tier 2, tier 3 geos - Strong product logic: understanding of LTV, retention, behavioral analytics. - Knowledge of CRM platforms (Customer.io / others). - Ability to work with data - Skills in hypothesis building, A/B testing, analysis. - Systemic approach, quick decision-making, ability to work at a high pace.
