Team Lead DWH Development

Avito is hiring a Team Lead for DWH development. Remote (Moscow). Lead real-time anti-bot and anti-fraud, data enrichment, CDC, ad analytics, and Flink Platform.

Responsibilities: - Develop real-time anti-bot and anti-fraud: detect bots and fraud using streaming heuristics, develop new signals - Develop event enrichment: build enrichment operators for clickstream events (geolocation, categories, user attributes, ad metrics) - Develop CDC and data ingestion: build pipelines for capturing changes from DB and delivering data to DWH in Apache Paimon format - Develop ad analytics: calculate CTR impressions, auction withdrawals, and marketing conversions in real time - Develop Flink Platform: manage Flink Kubernetes Operator, Helm charts, deployments in multiple data centers and regions - Provide technical leadership: set architectural standards and help the team grow

Requirements: - Deep expertise in Apache Flink or other stream processing framework (Spark Streaming, Kafka Streams) - Experience leading a development team for 4+ years - Systematic approach to people management (motivation, development, adaptation) - Experience with high-load production systems - Ability to decompose tasks and build technical roadmap - Understanding of Apache Kafka and distributed systems principles Nice to have: - Experience leading a platform team without a product manager and system analyst
