Team Lead DataOps

Team Lead DataOps at hirix / 01.tech. Hybrid in Belgrade or remote (other GEO, not RF). International IT company with 100M+ users. Lead DataOps infra, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, AI-first, Jira automation.

— Development and optimization of DataOps infrastructure, implementation of modern architectural solutions and automation of infrastructure processes; — Participation in the development of a fault-tolerant clustered ClickHouse solution in an on-prem environment; — Development and improvement of the department's role model, integration of access management tools, LDAP and database systems; — Integration of infrastructure tools and systems with authentik and the company's internal IAM; — Development and automation of infrastructure management processes using Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and GitLab Enterprise; — Implementation of an AI-first approach in the team: development of agentic AI solutions, automation of engineering processes, use of AI-native IDEs and optimization of AI tooling; — Optimization of processes with Atlassian Jira and Confluence: automation of regular reporting, improvement of operational processes and control of performance indicators; — Development of tools and automations to improve the quality of work with Jira; — Development of engineering practices, technical standards and automation within the team, participation in improving team processes.

— Experience in a DevOps+ position for 5+ years; — Experience managing a team of 5+ people for 3+ years; — Experience writing automation and tooling [preferably python, go]; — Experience with VPN solutions (pritunl{openVPN,wireGuard}, fortinet and similar); — Experience in production troubleshooting and low-level tuning of *nix-based OS, mainly cloud; — Deep understanding of core concepts, technologies and tools of cybersec // appsec (and more specifically: wazuh, auditD, falco); — Experience with karpenter; — Experience with aws cost optimization (kubecost, infracost, aws tags & such); — Experience with traffic termination, ingress and balancers (traefik, istio, nginx + certificates); — Experience with authentik or analogues keycloak // OKTA (identity management).
