Targeting Specialist (VK and Yandex Direct)

Looking for a junior/middle targeting specialist for VK and Yandex Direct with 2-3 project launch experience, salary 70-120k RUB/month, remote, full-time.

Responsibilities: - Identify target audience and how to reach it via targeting/Direct - Work with VK new cabinet and Direct, plus related marketing tasks - Create creatives, texts, campaigns, manage, optimize, and scale them

Requirements: - Experience launching several campaigns in VK/Yandex Direct (2-3 projects) - Proven cases - Available Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, no combining with other jobs - Knowledge of Telegram Ads or Avito Ads is a plus - Managerial skills are a plus, with salary growth up to 120-150k/month

Conditions: - Starting pay 10-18k per project, depending on experience and project - Average salary 70-120k, usually 7-8 projects per specialist - Training and access to courses, consultations, clubs, templates for creatives and texts, tools provided - All projects managed in a task tracker, structured and planned, no chaos in Telegram - Vacation, no weekend work, no constant emergencies, workload planned evenly
