They are looking for a contextual advertising specialist for building and optimizing paid acquisition. Tasks: - Analyze the niche and prepare advertising proposals for target audience queries; - Launch and optimize campaigns in Yandex Direct; - Control the cost of a filled application form; - Set up Yandex Metrika goals and ROI analytics; - Work with the funnel: ad → form on Tilda → payment of 1,500 RUB → delivery of the reading in Telegram.

Practical experience with Yandex Direct; ability to create offers and manage campaign results; confident work with Yandex Metrika and analytics. Employer seeks an experienced specialist, no beginners.

Salary range 30,000–60,000 RUB; payment includes a fixed part for launch and KPI for paid client applications; contract work; starting budget for ad tests; final payment terms discussed individually.
