We are looking for a beginner/middle specialist in VK and Yandex Direct with experience launching 2-3 projects, for permanent work in our team. We will train and raise your level to top specialists. 6-9 projects per month. (Knowledge of Telegram Ads or Avito Ads is a plus). Tasks: - Identify target audience and how to reach them via targeting/Direct - Work with VK new cabinet, Direct, and related marketing tasks - Create creatives, texts, campaigns, manage, optimize, and scale them

Experience launching several campaigns in VK/Yandex Direct from 2-3 projects Confirmed cases Be available Mon-Fri from 9 to 18, without combining other jobs

Starting salary 10-18k per project, depending on your experience and project Average salary 70-120k, usually each specialist has 7-8 projects We provide training + access to courses, buy consultations for you, clubs, have creative templates, texts, we collect creatives that work. We give tools All projects are managed in a task tracker, everything is structured and planned, no clutter in Telegram Vacation, no work on weekends, no constant emergencies. We plan workload evenly! We are looking for a person with growth to project manager/sales manager. Managerial skills are a plus, with salary growth to 120-150k/month
