Targeting Specialist (VK and Yandex Direct)

We are looking for a beginner/middle specialist in VK and Yandex Direct with experience in 2-3 projects, full-time, with training and growth opportunities. Salary: 70-120k RUB/month.

We are looking for a beginner/middle specialist in VK and Yandex Direct with experience in launching 2-3 projects, for permanent work in a team. We will train and raise your level to top specialists. 6-9 projects per month. (Knowledge of TG ads or Avito ads will be a plus). Tasks: - Identifying target audience and how to reach them through targeting/direct - Working with VK new cabinet, Direct, and related marketing tasks - Creating creatives, texts, campaigns, managing, optimizing, and scaling them

Experience launching several campaigns in VK/Yandex Direct from 2-3 projects Confirmed cases Be available Mon-Fri from 9 to 18, without combining other jobs

At start: 10-18k per project, depending on your experience and project Average salary: 70-120k, usually each specialist has 7-8 projects We provide training + access to courses, buy consultations for you, clubs, have templates for creatives, texts, we collect creatives that work. We provide tools. All projects are managed in a task tracker, everything is structured and planned, no clutter in Telegram Vacation, no work on weekends, no constant emergencies. We plan workload evenly! We are looking for a person with growth to project manager/sales manager. Managerial skills will be a plus, with salary growth up to 120-150k/month
