Targeting Specialist (VK Ads, Avito, Telegram Ads)

For client projects, we are looking for specialists in VK Ads, Avito, and Telegram Ads/seedings. Tasks include strategy, launching, testing, analytics, and optimization. Project-based cooperation with pay per project.

Develop strategy, launch and manage promotion campaigns, test hypotheses, analyze and optimize performance. Focus on cost and quality of leads, not just clicks and reach. Potential for regular project flow upon success.

Practical experience, real cases, autonomy, adherence to agreements. Experience in B2B, e-commerce, and services is a plus.
