Targeting Specialist (Remote)

Remote full-time role for a Targeting Specialist at Lion Target, focusing on real estate industry. Salary 70,000-120,000 RUB per month.

Duties: Set up advertising campaigns in VK Ads / Telegram Ads / Yandex Direct. Analyze target audience and competitors, segment audiences, form advertising hypotheses. Develop launch strategy: audience, offer, creative, testing, scaling. Plan tests, define evaluation criteria, make decisions based on results. Prepare ad offers and texts, formulate USP for different audience segments. Analyze ad metrics, find causes of declines and growth points. Evaluate the entire funnel: from ads and leads to lead quality and deals. Set tasks to designer and create simple creatives independently when needed. For Telegram: launch Telegram Ads and seeding, analyze channels via TGStat/Telemetr, work with UTM tags.

Experience as a targeting specialist / performance marketer from 1 year. Practical experience in independently running advertising campaigns: from strategy preparation and launch to optimization and reporting. Experience with at least one of the main tools: VK Ads, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct. Experience in real estate, construction, or related niches is an advantage. Interest in the real estate sphere and willingness to develop in this niche. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Willingness to work in a team, follow established processes, accept feedback, and refine tasks.
