TalentOps (People Support)
Findev is seeking a detail-oriented and caring TalentOps specialist to create a comfortable work environment. Remote role based in Serbia, Belgrade. Responsibilities include operational support, event organization, benefits management, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
Findev is an international company founded by IT engineers, developing niche software for major banks and investment funds. We are looking for a detail-oriented, systematic, and truly caring specialist who will become a reliable partner for the team and create a comfortable and caring work environment. What to do: – Communication with the team on operational issues (from vacation to moving a chair); – Organization of corporate events (internal + offsite); – Management of social benefits package (voluntary medical insurance, training, etc.); – Employee support (hiring, onboarding, transfer, termination); – Document flow and logistics; – Expense tracking, office supply, procurement, and repairs.
What is important: – Higher education – English level B2 or higher – Experience in administrative or HR support is a plus – Understanding of labor legislation, as well as legal and corporate procedures in an international environment – Independence and attention to detail – Ability to be on the team's side and care for them
Conditions: – Remote work format from Serbia – b2b contract – 24 working days of vacation per year – 10 sick days – Paid public holidays – 50% compensation for training
