Project in the iGaming sector. Tasks: - Procurement, accounting, and issuance of equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals) - Maintaining an IT asset database (serial numbers, statuses, responsible persons) - Planning equipment upgrades and replacements - Ensuring stable network and internet operation - Configuring and supporting network equipment (Wi-Fi, routers, switches) - Monitoring and resolving network incidents - User support (helpdesk, solving technical problems) - Onboarding and offboarding employees (setting up access, issuing/returning equipment) - Installing and configuring OS (macOS, Windows) and work software - License management - Administration of services: Google Workspace, Slack, Miro - Configuring access, groups, security policies - Documenting processes and solutions - Automating routine tasks and improving IT processes
Experience as a System Administrator / IT Support / IT Administrator Experience in user support and solving technical problems Experience administering macOS and Windows Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, or similar Basic understanding of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routing) Will be a plus: - Automation experience - MDM experience - Understanding of information security basics English: A2–B1
