IT Administrator (part-time) at a software development company in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include handling employee requests, IT equipment procurement, and managing IT administration.
A Limassol-based software development company is seeking an IT Administrator (part-time). What you’ll do: • Be present at the office for an agreed number of hours, 1–2 times per week; • Handle employees’ requests via corporate chat during standard working hours (5/2 schedule); • Facilitate IT equipment procurement (laptops, monitors, cables, peripherals), communicate with vendors, and manage supplies; • Get ready employees’ working areas, pre-set laptops, install software, and handle handover/return of the equipment; • Review and update IT administration policies and budget; • Create and revoke acceses (Outlook, Jira, other); • Maintain up-to-date inventory records; • Advise on upgrade requests; • Coordinate with remote IT administrators; • Perform IT admin routine (cabling, basic repairs when possible, maintenance, etc.).
• 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator; • Experience in IT operations within software development companies or tech startups; • Understanding of the Cyprus IT equipment market; • Experience working with international teams is a plus; • Proactive and responsible approach to work; • English proficiency at B1–A2 level and fluent Russian is a plus.
