Support Chat Operator

Support chat operator, income from 57,000 RUB, fully remote, no sales or cold calls. Schedule 2/2, shifts 5 or 10 hours, 359 RUB/hour plus bonuses.

Consult clients in mobile app chat. Respond to user reviews. Help with order questions and changes. Work according to ready instructions and standards.

Fluent oral and written communication. Fast learning and adaptability to new tasks. Attentiveness and responsibility. Ability to make independent decisions per rules after training. Support experience is a plus but not required—training provided.

Schedule 2/2. Shifts of 5 or 10 hours. Possible individual schedule. 359 RUB/hour + bonuses. Free online training and ready templates. Personal mentor during adaptation. Financial assistance in emergency situations.
