The agency is looking for a creative individual to develop ideas and write scripts for Stories, focusing on creating sales-oriented content that drives leads. The primary goal is to produce engaging Stories that are watched and result in applications. This is not a traditional SMM role; responsibilities do not include responding to comments or managing direct messages, nor designing the feed. The focus is on creating effective Stories for lead generation.

Key requirements include independence, strong familiarity with Reels, understanding of what makes Stories engaging, creativity, ability to deliver results, and a focus on metrics like reach and leads. Real estate experience is not required.

This is a full-time online position with the option to work from offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus KPI bonuses based on performance. The company is willing to pay well for strong results. The employment format is negotiable. Successful performance may lead to a promotion to Content Producer or Head of Content.
