Vibe Development is seeking an experienced SMM/Content Manager for premium real estate on Bali. Responsibilities include full management of digital communication, content strategy, and brand packaging. Full-time, hybrid or remote with flexible hours. Salary: 1000-1500 USDT + KPI.

Vibe Development is a developer and construction company in Bali, operating in the premium real estate segment. We are looking for a strong SMM / content manager who can fully manage the digital communication of the brand and participate in shaping the company's media presence. We need a person with an understanding of premium product packaging, reputation marketing, and content that helps sell. What needs to be done: Company Social Media: - Full management: Instagram (RU / EN), Facebook (RU / EN), Company Telegram channel, Telegram chat for brokers/agents, Company LinkedIn, Company owners' LinkedIn, basic development of the YouTube direction. Main tasks: - Creation and implementation of content strategy - Formation of content plans - Regular posting and control of content output - Adaptation of content for different platforms - Brand packaging through social networks - Work on the company's reputation in digital - Creation of content that helps sales - Writing scripts for YouTube and short videos Visual part of the content: - stories - reels - posts - covers - visual packaging of accounts - Interaction with videographer/editor - Setting tasks for filming and content - Search for ideas, formats, and collaborations - Work with audience engagement - Analysis of content effectiveness

Russian language - required English - Intermediate and above SMM experience from 3 years Experience with high-ticket products Strong sense of visuals and understanding of premium segment aesthetics Ability to independently organize work and meet deadlines Understanding of how content affects trust, reputation, and sales Will be a big plus: - Real estate experience - LinkedIn experience and personal brand work - Experience with international audiences - Cases where content has significantly influenced sales
