The agency helps clients buy and sell apartments in St. Petersburg, Moscow, and Dubai. They have a stable flow of leads from the blog and a well-established sales funnel. The agency is looking for someone to create stories for Sergey's blog, focusing on creative and sales-oriented content that drives leads. The goal is to increase incoming leads, enhance sales content, and systematize story production. The content will cover new buildings, construction sites, deals, negotiations, behind-the-scenes of the profession, and office life. The role involves brainstorming ideas and scripts, analyzing results, and optimizing content.

Self-reliance. Good understanding of Reels. Understanding of what makes stories engaging. Creativity. Ability to deliver tasks to completion. Focus on numbers (reach, leads). Real estate experience is not required. Proactive with ideas and solutions. Key decisions will be made jointly. Experience in creating highly engaging stories is a plus.
