Stories Maker / Content Manager

Looking for a stories maker/content manager in Moscow to work directly with a top Reels producer. Salary: fixed + % of sales.

Work directly with the founder of one of the largest Reels production companies in Russia. Clients include THEБЫК, club 'Proryv', etc. Need a person who not only designs stories according to technical specifications, but understands what to show the audience and why. Responsibilities: - Design and publish stories - Select material from our database - Write teasers based on ready-made cases - If necessary, shoot content in Moscow and go on shoots for large businesses - Over time, manage Direct and receive a % of sales You don't need to invent everything from scratch — there is already a lot of content. It is important to be able to unpack it well.

Live and dynamic stories - Ability to shoot beautifully and edit quickly - Knowledge of memes and trends - Write in simple language - Feel marketing and be able to suggest how to strengthen content - Quick thinking, receptive to feedback - Punctual, neat, and easy to communicate with
