SRE at YADRO for a large AI analytics platform. Remote/hybrid/office in Russia. Salary 250–450k RUB net/month + annual bonus. Full-time, Middle/Senior/Lead/Head.

YADRO is building a large SRE and DevOps team for a major AI-driven analytics platform with many data sources, users, and microservices. Three directions: SRE, DevOps Infrastructure, DevOps CI/CD. The team already has 24/7 support and about 15 DevOps. They plan to form an SRE team of 6–8 people and hire approximately the same number of DevOps. Responsibilities: - Production operations and service availability - Observability and incident handling - Kubernetes infrastructure development and scaling - Geo-redundancy and fault tolerance improvement - CI/CD development - Infrastructure and operations automation - Linux, Kubernetes, and network troubleshooting - Collaboration with developers, Data Engineering, and L1/L2

Middle/Senior/Lead/Head level. Specific requirements depend on the position; it is not necessary to know the entire listed stack. Technologies: Linux, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Ansible, Helm, GitLab CI, Jenkins/Groovy, ArgoCD, VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Kafka, Zookeeper, Consul, HAProxy, Nginx.

Salary: approximately 250–450k RUB net per month + annual bonus. For truly leading roles, conditions above the range are negotiable. Format: remote / hybrid / office. Employment: full-time.
