Sports Manager | Betting | Limassol (office)

We are looking for an experienced sportsbook specialist to manage the line, odds, and bonus economics. Location: Cyprus, Limassol (office).

Line management (pre-match / live), odds setting and adjustment. Bet monitoring, risk and limit control. Player behavior analysis, identification of suspicious activity. Development and management of bonus mechanics (free bets, odds boosts, etc.). Interaction with providers (including Altenar). Participation in the launch and support of marketing campaigns for key events.

Experience in betting / sportsbook. Understanding of odds and line formation mechanics. Experience with bonuses and promotional campaigns. Analytical thinking, ability to make data-driven decisions. Understanding of anti-fraud / anti-abuse practices. English language from B2 level.
