Specialist of 3rd Support Line (Junior Java Developer)

X5 Tech is hiring a junior Java developer for 3rd line support. Full-time, remote/hybrid/office, 3–6 years experience.

Responsibilities: - Promptly respond to issues in your area of responsibility - Restore system operability - Identify implementation errors in the trading program, analyze and fix them - Technically support various company projects and pilots - Consult and train support staff - Review the quality of consultants' work - Provide activity reports to the manager

Desired candidate profile: - Higher education (technical in IT or automated systems) - 3+ years of experience - Experience with microservice architecture - Knowledge of Java, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL scripts, JIRA, Remedy, ITSM, Grafana, *nix systems at admin level, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) - Ability to read Java code (including Spring, Hibernate), Java debugging - Confident writing of complex SQL queries - Excellent knowledge of bash and pgsql tools - Ability to create project and technical documentation, specifications, terms of reference, descriptions of settings for handover to support - Experience in testing decentralized systems - Ability to troubleshoot microservice components - Skills in analyzing and working with large data volumes, ability to analyze task requirements
