Specialist in VK and Yandex Direct

Remote position for a beginner/middle specialist in VK and Yandex Direct at Renova traffic agency. Salary 70,000-120,000 RUB per month.

Responsibilities: identifying target audience and how to reach it via targeted ads/Direct; working with VK new cabinet and Direct, related marketing tasks; creating creatives, texts, campaigns, managing, optimizing and scaling them.

Experience launching several campaigns in VK/Yandex Direct from 2-3 projects; confirmed cases; be available Mon-Fri 9-18, no combining. Knowledge of TG ads or Avito ads is a plus. Managerial skills are a plus, with salary growth up to 120-150k/month.

At start 10-18k per project depending on experience and project; average salary 70-120k, usually 7-8 projects per specialist; training and access to courses, consultations, clubs, creative and text templates; all projects in task tracker, structured and planned; vacation, no weekend work, no constant emergencies.
