SPA Administrator

Administrator for a Thai massage and SPA salon chain in Moscow. Salary from 85,000 RUB per month, full-time, no experience required.

Greet guests and create a warm and pleasant atmosphere; help with choosing procedures and answer questions about services; accept and process bookings, work with the master schedule and salon program; monitor order and comfort of guests; control consumables; prepare the salon for the start and end of the shift.

No experience required (experience as an administrator in SPA, beauty salon, hotel, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory); friendliness and ease in communicating with people; attentiveness and accuracy in work; calm attitude to a large number of tasks during the shift; desire to develop in the service sector; willingness to learn and gradually master the administrator's work; business ethics, sales skills, hospitality standards, English - A1 (beginner).

Income from 85,000 RUB per month after taxes: fixed payment of 8,000 RUB per shift + % of salon revenue + % of personal sales + % of subscriptions; schedule 1/3 from 09:00 to 09:00 (24-hour shifts); full-time employment; official registration under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, payments twice a month without delays; paid training and quick onboarding; transparent motivation system; 50% discount on SPA services for employees.
