Sous Chef

RUB 240,000

Satoshi Sushi is hiring a Sous Chef for 4 food courts. Salary from 7,000 to 8,000 RUB per shift, full-time, official employment, free meals.

Work under the supervision of the head chef. Responsibilities: quality and speed control; compliance with technical regulations and kitchen standards; control of leftovers and ordering products through the purchasing department; conducting inventories; control of kitchen work; training new employees if necessary. The team is currently fully staffed. Prospects for growth to head chef as the network expands.

Starting rate: 7,000 RUB per shift; after the adaptation period: 8,000 RUB per shift; official employment; payments twice a month; free meals.
