Solution Architect
Solution Architect at Kaspersky. Location: Moscow. Salary: Discussed during interview. Responsibilities include working with enterprise clients, identifying needs, preparing and promoting information security solutions, and managing implementation projects.
• Work in tandem with an account manager for an assigned pool of Russian Enterprise customers; • Identify customer needs, prepare and promote complex information security projects; • Prepare information technology solution descriptions and consult customers on company products; • Develop requirements for information security, design system architecture, and justify technical solutions; • Manage implementation and pilot projects of company products; • Coordinate the actions of presales engineers and technical support of Kaspersky Lab, partners, and service departments within projects; • Build and maintain relationships with technical specialists and heads of IT/Information Security departments in the assigned customer pool; act as the main technical contact for them from Kaspersky Lab and consult on all emerging issues; • Understand the specifics of the IT infrastructure of key customers, their internal processes, existing problems/needs, and IT/Information Security development plans; • Participate in negotiations, conduct presentations of company solutions, speak at public events; • Interact with R&D to improve company products based on customer feedback and market requirements.
• Understanding of basic information security technologies and methodologies; • Understanding of network technologies, typical IT architectures, and information system functioning specifics; • Knowledge of basic Information Security threats and their implementation methods, relevant for large information systems of state and commercial companies; • Knowledge and experience with products from leading global Information Security solution manufacturers - from 3 years; • Project management skills for implementing Information Security/IT systems and providing services; • Skill in working with policies, explanatory notes, technical working drafts, testing methodologies, etc.; • Knowledge of basic Information Security regulatory documentation; • Experience in public speaking and advanced communication skills; • Foreign language — ability to read technical literature.
