Solution Architect (Senior) for an outstaffing company. Remote position in Russia. Salary: 340,000 - 450,000 RUB per month. Focus on designing IT solutions for retail sales channels integration with backend systems.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to design integrated IT solutions, connecting retail sales channels with backend systems (OMS, CRM, SAP, payment systems, logistics). You will be a key part of modernizing and unifying our technology landscape. Key Tasks: • Analysis and Design: Transforming business requirements into architectural solutions and technical specifications. • Architecture Development: Designing integrations between retail channels and backend systems. • Landscape Modernization: Migrating from legacy/SAP to unified microservices (target stack - Golang). • Cross-team Collaboration: Interacting with Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and SAP consultants. • Implementation Control: Supporting projects from concept to release, conducting architectural reviews.

Experience and Domain Expertise: • 3+ years as a Solution Architect / Lead Engineer in logistics / retail / e-commerce. • Deep understanding of processes: goods movement, fulfillment, payments, fiscalization, FBS/FBO. • Experience in migrating legacy systems and designing high-load microservice architectures. Technical Competencies: • Kafka, REST API, API gateways, message brokers (RabbitMQ). • CI/CD, DevOps practices, infrastructure patterns. • C4-model / UML / Archimate for describing architecture and documentation. • SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse). • Experience integrating with SAP systems (logistics, sales, document flow). • Technical background in development: Java / .NET / Golang (target migration stack). • Basic knowledge of information security. Soft Skills: • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to technical and business audiences. • System thinking, analytical skills, ability to find compromises. • Presentation skills, ability to argue solutions and cross-team communication. Will be a plus: • Experience migrating monoliths to microservices using Golang. • Subject matter knowledge: ETRN, UPD, labeling, marketplace integrations. • TOGAF / AWS / Azure Solution Architect certifications. • Experience with event-driven architecture, CQRS/Event Sourcing.
