Software Engineer C++ at HaaS-platform in Tashkent. Full-time employment with salary from $3000. Involves development and support of a proprietary VoIP engine. Includes offline onboarding in Tashkent followed by full remote work.

We are building a cloud telephony platform for businesses, from small teams to call centers. Our platform operates without hardware, integrates incoming and outgoing communications, and is used by thousands of companies. It features a proprietary VoIP solution on a Windows stack, developed and maintained in-house. Responsibilities: Development and support of our proprietary VoIP engine, including server-side and client-side telephony components. Real-world tasks: performance optimization, voice traffic quality enhancement, integration with telephone gateways and carrier APIs. Participation in code reviews and architectural decisions is an integral part of the job. Tech Stack: C++17/20, C#/.NET, Boost, SIP/RTP/WebRTC, PJSIP, Windows/Win32/WinAPI

What we are looking for: - 2+ years of commercial experience in C++ or C# - Understanding of network protocols: TCP/UDP, NAT traversal - Experience with multithreading and low-level optimization - Familiarity with audio codecs: G.711, G.729, Opus - Proficient in Windows and/or Linux at an advanced/expert level Will be a plus: - SRTP/DTLS - Asterisk/FreeSWITCH - Kamailio/OpenSIPS - gRPC/Protobuf - Experience working with telecom operators
