Project: International IT company with a team in Cyprus is looking for a Social Event Manager. This is not classic event management. The goal is to develop corporate culture, create community, and build an active social and sports life for employees. Responsibilities: • Internal events, parties, small/medium events • Sports activities: padel, tennis, marathons, challenges • Trips: hiking, surf, cultural trips • External and charitable initiatives • Work with local contractors and budgets • Employee engagement and employer brand development • Creating new formats and ideas

• 2–4+ years in corporate/internal events, community, HR events or employee experience • Experience organizing turnkey events • Work with contractors, budgets and event calendar • Good awareness and understanding of modern event trends • Ability to create experience, not just organize an event • Experience in Cyprus or similar market – a plus • English B2+
