SMM Specialist

Jet24 group (concierge service, aircraft sales, charters, aviation media) seeks a full-time SMM Specialist to manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook; hybrid Moscow/remote; salary from 150,000 RUB.

Project: Jet24 group of companies (concierge service, aircraft sales, charters, and aviation media). Responsibilities: - Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook accounts with cross-posting adapted per platform. - Full daily account management: stories, posts, carousels, Reels. - Work strictly according to the approved content matrix and content plan. - Write texts for Reels (scripts, intros, semantic accents), posts, carousels, stories. - Work with anonymous cases: no names, faces, or disclosure of confidential information. - Convey key brand values; strictly follow Tone of Voice. - Shoot company executives in the office in central Moscow, edit. - Create visual content using AI: atmospheric images, visual scenes of the service, video clips and scenes for Reels. - Assemble a unified visual style from AI materials (executive avatars already shot). - Publish content according to schedule. Respond in DMs and reactions. - Work with department heads. Receive and implement edits. Implement strategy accurately without distorting meanings.

Who they are looking for: - English level not lower than B2. - Experience as SMM specialist from 3 years. - Ability to write precise, concise texts. - Ability to shoot on mobile phone and edit short videos. - Understanding of premium segment specifics. - Experience or confident skills with AI visuals and AI video. - Ability to work within boundaries, not 'break' the brand for yourself. - Attention to detail and context. - Ability to timely raise questions if information, resources, or decisions are insufficient for the result.
