SMM Specialist for a floral brand in Moscow. Develop strategy for 3 accounts, analyze stats, write texts. Salary from 150,000 RUB.

Strategy for three brand accounts (Instagram and Telegram) to increase engagement and sales. Analysis of social media and statistics, conclusions and strategy adjustment. Development of content sections and content planning. Writing texts for posts and stories. Interaction with the audience through comments and direct messages. Setting tasks for shoots and organizing them. Work in tandem with the art director.

Experience managing brand social media from 3 years. Required: successful cases with numbers (growth in reach, engagement, sales). Strong analytics: ability to read statistics and draw conclusions. Competent, lively texts. Brand aesthetic sense. Experience in fashion/art/floristry is a plus.

Trial period 1 month — 100,000 ₽. After trial: salary 120,000 ₽ + variable part up to 30,000 ₽ by KPIs. Work with a strong visual team. Author's brand with recognizable style.
