We are a digital marketing team that already has a marketer and a targetologist. We are looking for SMM specialists to cover the full cycle of client promotion, from strategy and content to advertising and analytics. We work with different projects and are looking for specialists from different cities in Russia. Responsibilities: - Develop an SMM strategy for a specific project - Analyze target audience, competitors, and positioning - Create content plans - Come up with rubrics, formats, and content mechanics - Write texts and scripts - Set tasks for design, photo, and video - Independently create content if this fits your work format - Manage VK, Telegram, Dzen, Instagram*, and other platforms depending on the project - Work with Reels/Shorts/clip content - Analyze statistics and content effectiveness - Suggest new hypotheses and promotion ideas - Interact with the team's marketer and targetologist - Participate in developing a comprehensive client promotion strategy - Prepare project reporting - Edit Reels/Shorts/clips - Work with Canva/Figma and other tools

We need specialists who can independently lead a project's SMM direction and be responsible for results in their area. No need to explain every action. Will be a plus: - Shoot content independently - Use AI in work - Work with analytics - Invent non-standard content mechanics
