SMM Specialist / Social Media Specialist

International sports industry company seeks a creative SMM Specialist for brand social media, community, and content strategy. Location: Cyprus, Limassol / remote during probation.

Develop and implement brand presence strategy in social media. Plan and create content for different platforms: posts, Stories, Reels, short videos, memes, live content. Develop and moderate community, build long-term relationships with audience. Quickly react to sports events, news, and trends. Work with design, SEO, PR, Paid Media, CRM, and Product Marketing teams. Prepare creatives and content for paid promotion. Analyze content and campaign effectiveness, use social listening and analytics data. Develop creative concepts and briefs for influencers.

3+ years of experience as an SMM specialist. Practical experience in social media development and community management. Deep understanding of social platform specifics. Interest in sports and good understanding of sports culture, news, and trends. Excellent understanding of modern digital trends, memes, and internet culture. English B2-C1. Experience with international markets, especially Ireland, is an advantage. Experience with social media analytics and social listening tools is a plus.

Fully remote work during probation period up to 6 months. After probation, possibility to work in the office in Limassol with employment under Cyprus labor code.
