SMM Specialist

SMM Specialist at MAXXclinic, a network of cosmetology clinics in Moscow. Salary 120,000–300,000 RUB. Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in clinics in Moscow, other days remote. Content plan, Reels, posts, Stories, analytics and reporting.

MAXXclinic is a network of licensed cosmetology and body correction clinics in central Moscow, at Patriarch's Ponds. Key advantages: certified premium equipment from the USA and South Korea, all types of injection techniques and preparations, higher education and residency in dermatovenereology for all clinic doctors, ongoing certified staff training, pleasant and affordable prices, cozy atmosphere and excellent service. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a content plan: Reels, posts, Stories. - Monitor trends, analyze competitors and propose new formats. - Shoot and edit photo and video content. - Work with contractors for shoots (photographer/videographer). - Come up with scripts and concepts for Reels, prepare references and organize shoots. - Work with doctors on camera: help with delivery, wording and revealing expertise. - Manage social media: publish content, handle comments and basic inquiries from potential patients. - Create content to promote doctors and their personal brands. - Prepare visual materials for promotions, special offers and external platforms. - Analyze reach, views and engagement and adjust the content plan based on results. - Maintain reporting in Google Sheets.

Experience as SMM specialist / content creator from 1–2 years. Ability to independently shoot and edit Reels. Good visual taste and understanding of modern trends. Competent Russian language and ability to write lively texts. Basic SMM analytics skills and Google Sheets proficiency. Ability to work with experts and comfortable communication with people. Self-sufficiency: able to take a task from idea to finished publication. Portfolio is mandatory.

Hybrid format: 2–3 days a week in clinics in Moscow, the rest of the days — remotely. Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or another convenient cooperation format.
