SMM Specialist / Reels Creator

Remote part-time SMM specialist for Reels creation: editing, content plan, blog support, analytics. Salary 45,000 RUB + bonuses. 1+ year experience required.

Edit Reels end-to-end: select POV source clips from cloud, generate hooks (first 3 sec) and voiceover scripts for 30–40 sec (using neural networks per our or your methodology), dynamic editing in CapCut / After Effects (rhythm, transitions, SFX, subtitles). Maintain content plan: basic weekly/monthly topics aligned with client pains. Support blog: publish 3–5 Stories on shoot days and posts (behind-the-scenes, polls, before/after, reviews), package cases into carousels (1–2 per week), organize Highlights. Primary control of Direct and comments — promptly pass client contacts to sales department (no technical estimates needed). Analytics: weekly review of metrics (reach, retention, transitions, leads) and adjust formats.

Content creation / SMM – 1+ year. Production-level editing skills: proficiency with AI tools (neural editing, voiceover, auto-subtitles, retiming) and keen sense of dynamics. Knowledge of Instagram algorithms: understanding of watch-through mechanics and virality. Analytical approach: ability to operate with numbers, not feelings. Self-sufficiency: able to find solutions via neural networks and meet deadlines without reminders.

100% remote, part-time (3–5 hours per day, MSK time zone). Pay: base salary 45,000 RUB + bonus up to 15,000 RUB for meeting deadlines (first 2 months with review) + bonuses for reaching milestones (5k, 10k, 15k followers). Software and neural network subscriptions paid by company. Constant flow of quality source materials and creative freedom.
