SMM Specialist

SMM specialist for a chain of city cafes 'Khachapuri and Wine'. Create engaging content, shoot and edit photos/videos, manage social media, and grow the brand community.

Responsibilities: - Generate ideas, find catchy formats and news hooks that people want to share with friends; - Regularly visit cafes: communicate with the team, capture live moments in the kitchen, at the bar, and in the hall; - Independently conduct photo and video shooting (on phone and camera); - Edit videos (Reels/clips), process photos, and create basic visuals in Figma; - Write light, lively, and engaging texts; - Plan content and coordinate the shooting process; - Analyze metrics, track guest feedback, and develop the community around the brand.

Requirements: - Proven experience in SMM with a portfolio of successful projects; - Confident mobile and camera shooting skills: ability to work with light, composition, and maintain a consistent visual style; - Experience in shooting food content (food, drinks), interiors, team portraits, and dynamic reportage; - Good taste, knowledge of trends, and understanding of SMM as a business growth tool; - Openness to communication and genuine love for the restaurant industry.
