Manage Telegram and Instagram for the project, ensuring regular posting and systematic growth. Develop SMM strategy and content plans. Generate ideas, write posts, and create scripts/concepts for Reels and vertical video. Analyze trends, competitor benchmarks, and account metrics (reach, ER, conversions) with hypothesis adjustments. Set clear tasks for designer, editor, and copywriter, controlling quality and deadlines. Collaborate with YouTube team on podcast distribution, announcements, and teasers. Hands-on content creation from concepts to texts.

Confident experience managing Telegram and Instagram. Proven results with vertical content (Reels, Shorts). Ability to link content to business metrics, reach, and audience growth. Skill in assigning tasks to creative team and organizing production. Willingness to write texts and generate creative ideas independently. Portfolio with real cases and personal contribution. Experience in 'soft' niches (psychology, self-development, wellness) is a big plus.

Income: 80,000 to 100,000 RUB. Fully remote work. Flexible schedule, core hours 10:00–18:00 (occasional weekend support). Direct interaction with founder and producer (Orkhan Mustafaev).
