SMM Specialist (middle+/senior)

Agency Win-Win seeks SMM Specialist (middle+/senior) for a federal developer project. Salary 70,000 RUB + KPI, up to 90,000 RUB, remote, full-time. Work with strategy, traffic, and content in development, manufacturing, and HoReCa.

Project: agency Win-Win, federal developer project, several cities and platforms, one communication logic. Responsibilities: — Build content structure and communication logic (not just a content plan). — Write posts in the project's Tone of Voice. — Develop scripts for Reels/Stories, assign tasks to production, and review results. — Monitor KPI and business goals. — Analyze data, prepare reports, and improve based on numbers.

SMM experience from 3 years. Experience in real estate / with a developer is required. Agency experience (understanding deadlines and approvals). Ability to write independently, review others' content, and assign tasks to the shooting team. Nice to have: knowledge of the sales funnel in real estate and ability to use neural networks in work.
