SMM Specialist

Remote SMM Specialist at Private inc., an international marketing holding. Full-cycle management of Instagram, Telegram, and Threads, content planning, copywriting, and analytics. Salary from 100,000 RUB. Full-time, remote, 5/2 flexible schedule.

Responsibilities: - Manage Instagram, Telegram, and Threads accounts on a full cycle: from idea to publication and performance analysis - Write texts in various formats in the brand/influencer tone of voice - Create content plan and publication calendar - Develop scenarios and launch daily rubrics from scratch - Analyze accounts: review successful and unsuccessful posts to adjust content strategy - Set tasks for visual/editing (if needed, prepare simple materials independently) - Monitor trends and adapt formats for each platform

- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills — key requirement - At least 1 year of experience managing Instagram, Telegram, and Threads - High self-discipline, organization, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently on a full cycle: from idea to publication and analysis - Trend awareness and sense of style - Portfolio and links to completed projects - Ability to argue ideas and visualize concepts - English will be a plus
