SMM Specialist

Arcane Warrior is hiring a remote SMM Specialist to manage brand social media, create content, and run ad campaigns. Salary up to 60,000 RUB/month. Experience 1+ year required.

Arcane Warrior is a premium equipment brand for car travel and expeditions: roof racks, awnings, boxes, storage systems, and off-road assistance equipment. Official exclusive distributor in Russia and CIS. Responsibilities: - Manage brand social media: Telegram, VK, YouTube, RuTube, Instagram, Max, Yandex Zen. - Build monthly content plan by categories. - Shoot and edit short vertical videos, Reels, Shorts, Clips. Create 3-4 versions from one shoot for different platforms. - Write texts in brand voice: confident, to the point, without advertising pressure and clichés. - Select groups for seeding, prepare ads. - Create graphics and design: covers, carousels, stories, YouTube previews. - Use AI tools (all necessary software is purchased). - Work with community: comments, owner questions, collect and publish user content. - Track metrics and draw conclusions: reach, engagement, site and quiz transitions. - Work closely with the team.

- SMM experience 1+ year with portfolio showing numbers before/after. - GEO: Moscow region. - Vertical video editing: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or any tool, able to assemble videos independently. We have an operator and editor, you just need to be on standby. - Copywriting without fluff. Ability to write five different texts about one roof rack without repeating. - Basic graphics: Figma, Photoshop or similar. Ability to maintain a unified visual style. - Practice with AI tools for text, images, and video. - Independence, creativity, responsibility, ability to meet deadlines. - Premium visual taste. You distinguish expensive from cheap presentation and understand why "buy now" is not our language. - Trips to office and nature once a week for content shooting. Nice to have: - Personal interest in outdoor travel, camping, hunting or fishing. - Experience with a brand in the middle or high price segment.
