SMM Specialist / Marketer

Remote SMM specialist/marketer for Week-list. Manage Instagram, VK, TikTok, develop SMM strategy, content plan, analyze metrics, test hypotheses to grow audience and registrations.

Product: week-list.ru Tasks: • Manage and grow social media: Instagram, VK, TikTok. • Develop and implement SMM strategy to increase audience, reach, engagement, and attract new users. • Create content plan and organize regular content: posts, Reels/clips, Stories, TikTok, etc. • Search and test new content formats, promotion mechanics, and growth points. • Analyze audience, competitors, and app/service market for planning marketing activities. • Analyze social media and ad campaign stats: reach, views, engagement, subscriptions, clicks, conversions. • Form and test hypotheses to increase target subscribers and registrations on week-list.ru. • Work with ad tools and content promotion, assign tasks to contractors if needed. • Collaborate with product team: prepare ideas to promote features and benefits of week-list.ru. • Monitor trends, competitors, and current formats on social media. • Prepare regular reports on results and suggestions for further development. • Participate in developing ad campaigns, special projects, integrations, and collaborations to attract users. • Monitor key marketing metrics and continuously optimize SMM strategy.
