SMM Specialist (growth to Head of SMM Department)

PikArt SMM medical marketing agency seeks a strong SMM specialist to grow into Head of SMM. Remote, Mon-Fri 9-19 MSK. Full-time salary 80,000-100,000 RUB/month. Tasks: develop clinic and doctor social accounts.

PikArt SMM is a medical marketing agency with over 8 years of experience in comprehensive promotion of clinics and personal brands of doctors in social media. We are looking for an ambitious specialist not afraid of difficult tasks and challenges. What you will do: - Not just manage, but develop accounts in line with clients' business goals. - Accounts on Instagram, Telegram, VK (clinics, personal blogs of doctors). - Work in a team under the guidance of a project manager.

What we expect from you: - Strategic thinking is the most important. You think in terms of client goals, then decompose them into SMM metrics. - Experience successfully managing accounts (advantage if in medical or beauty themes) and readiness to show cases (2024 and later). - Desire to achieve results for the client together with the team. - Real involvement in the project and initiating non-stop fresh ideas to boost it. - Willingness to try new things, experiment, and be able to defend your ideas with the client. - Ability to work with viral content. - Competent written speech and ability to clearly formulate thoughts. - Good skills in Canva, basic skills with AI. Advantage for those who can shoot and can personally travel to content shoots (indicate in the form). Candidates without cases or with cases before 2023 are not considered.

Conditions: - Remote work, schedule Mon-Fri 9-19 MSK, Sat-Sun off, vacations 2 times/year — clear work schedule, you will definitely have time for life outside work. - Employment initially project-based, then full-time (discussed individually at the interview). - Payment according to the number of projects and their complexity. - Regulated work — minimal chaos, all processes are described. - Regular training and advanced training — you will grow with us. - Strong growth of professional skills within one direction, medicine. - Various employment options (by volume and type of tasks), discussed individually at the interview. - Payment depends on the format and number of projects; for full-time — 80–100 thousand RUB.
