Full-cycle communications agency Monstars is looking for an SMM specialist to manage the social media of a shopping center: - Develop content strategy and publish posts, stories, and Reels, including monthly reports. - Communicate with the client, present ideas, collect feedback and materials. - Create content plans, generate ideas, and meet deadlines. - Shoot vertical content: ideas, scripts, filming, and editing short videos on location. - Organize shoots with tenants, work with designers and creative team. - Manage content in Kaiten, ensure quality, write engaging copy, publish and analyze results. - Handle community management: respond to comments and messages.

Live in Krasnodar and ready to shoot on-site. - 2+ years of social media experience, know ER, CTR, UGC. - Creative, trend-aware, able to adapt to brand. - Maintain Tone of Voice, write long posts and short captions, shoot vertical videos (portfolio required). - Work independently without reminders.
