Part-time SMM Specialist needed for a new brand launch on marketplaces (WB, Ozon). Focus on strategy, product packaging, and audience engagement. Offers flexible hours, remote work, and 25,000 RUB/month.

Launching a new brand on marketplaces (already have two main ones, looking for a third). We have been working in the WB and Ozon sphere for five years. Currently, the focus is on one key product. Rapid expansion of the product line is not planned, so the focus is on deep strategy development, quality product packaging, and working with one target audience.

• Experience in SMM from 6 months • Mandatory: confident work with AI (generation of texts, videos, images) • Availability of case studies with digitized results (metric growth, conversions, reach, etc.) • Stable availability during agreed working hours

• Part-time employment / flexible schedule • Corporate subscriptions to neural networks + separate budget for connecting any additional AI tools you deem necessary • Remote employment • 25,000 RUB/month. With stable results, we are ready to move to KPI-based compensation.
