SMM Specialist for AI Projects

SMM specialist for two AI communities (women and teachers). Remote, official employment, flexible hours. Salary: 60,000 RUB per month before tax.

Project: two AI communities — one for women, one for teachers. Responsibilities: • Develop community growth strategy together with the manager. • Create separate content plans for each audience. • Write, format, and publish posts. • Prepare visuals using ready-made templates. • Grow subscribers and engagement. • Prepare, assemble, and launch email newsletters using specialized services. • Analyze content and newsletter results. • Provide regular reporting and suggestions for improving metrics.

Must have: • Experience managing channels or communities. • Understanding of growth and promotion tools. • Ability to work with metrics and adjust strategy based on data. • Excellent Russian language and sense of text structure. • Ability to adapt content to different target audiences. • Self-reliance, responsibility, and meeting deadlines. Nice to have: • Interest in artificial intelligence and education. • Experience preparing and launching newsletters. • Digital awareness and knowledge of current content formats. • Initiative and readiness to propose new solutions.
