SMM specialist for a medical project, salary 60,000-120,000 RUB, remote full-time, building content system for a doctor's personal brand.

Key task: Build a content system around the personal brand of Andrey Vakker: find strong topics, plan releases, prepare scripts, collect and publish content, then improve it based on results. Goal: growth of reach (Instagram and YouTube) and flow of leads, mainly in Telegram. No need to process leads. Responsibilities: Manage content: maintain monthly content plan and weekly production calendar; keep a stock of topics and publish materials on time. Find ideas: follow trends, audience questions, and competitive field; turn them into original formats with high reach potential—without cheap clickbait. Write scripts: prepare hooks, structure, doctor's text, frame hints, and CTAs for short videos. Do basic editing: assemble dynamic vertical videos from ready sources: clean cuts, cropping, subtitles, simple graphics, music, and sound. Complex motion design not required. Adapt materials: repackage long videos, doctor's answers, cases, and posts for Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube, preserving meaning, tone, and platform specifics. Publish and design: prepare titles, captions, covers per templates, calls to action, links, and publication schedule. Work with analytics: weekly review reach, retention, completion, saves, shares, audience growth, and leads; monthly short report with conclusions and next hypotheses. Connect content to leads: use tags, code words, and clear CTAs; together with manager track which topics and formats bring inquiries.

Experience from 1 year in SMM, content marketing, editing, or content production. Portfolio with personal contribution: which platforms you managed, what you were responsible for, what you did, and how metrics changed. Confident basic editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or another familiar tool; can independently assemble a clean video without handing off to an editor. Script thinking: understand hook, tempo, conflict/question, attention retention, and appropriate CTA. Proficient Russian language and ability to write vividly, accurately, and without bureaucratic clichés. Work with numbers: can read basic platform analytics in LiveDune or similar services, compare periods, draw conclusions, and test hypotheses. Mature attitude: not bothered by professional work with men's health, intimate plastic surgery, and 18+ content. Advantage: medical education or specialized additional training; experience with a clinic, doctor, aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, or plastic surgery; experience developing an expert personal brand; ability to organize doctor's filming and give clear briefs; cases where content brought not only views but also inquiries or sales.

Income up to 125,000 RUB net—exact level depends on experience, portfolio, and agreed/completed volume. Remote full-time employment with working communication on Moscow time and clear task planning. Direct work with the expert: Andrey Vakker, active platforms, notable audience, archive of materials, and short approval chain. Full influence on results: you can and should propose formats and test hypotheses you believe in.
