SMM Specialist

Plantic, a Russian garden tool manufacturer, seeks an SMM specialist to manage social media, create content, and run campaigns. Salary 70,000–100,000 RUB/month. Moscow or remote.

Plantic has over 25 years of experience producing garden tools. Until 2022, it was part of a large international Finnish company, and now operates as an independent Russian manufacturer, fully adhering to high quality standards.Responsibilities:• Develop a unified content plan adapted for Telegram, VKontakte, Yandex Zen, Odnoklassniki, MAX.• Ensure cross-posting and regular publication of content.• Manage social media: respond to comments, maintain communication with the audience.• Find trends in social media, track current formats and implement/adapt them into the content strategy.• Come up with creative ideas and non-standard formats to make the garden tool theme interesting and engaging.• Write scripts for videos, series, and short clips.• Independently prepare videos and other content based on the content plan and ideas, if necessary – engage a videographer, designers, use AI.• Select locations for filming, prepare briefs, assign tasks to the team on site, direct filming with employees or actors.• Work with bloggers and influencers – selection, interaction, coordination of scripts, ad labeling.

• Experience as an SMM specialist for at least 2 years, including at least 1 year in DIY, gardening, home goods, hobbies, or creativity niches, with full-cycle management of Telegram, VK, Zen, OK, and other social networks.• Excellent command of mobile shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut, VN, captions). Ability to set up lighting, frame, and rhythm so that the product looks premium and desirable.• High visual awareness and sense of aesthetics.• Experience creating competent, structured, and lively texts.• Proficiency in graphic editors / use of AI capabilities to create quality visual content.• Understanding of the pains and needs of our target audience (from a beginner with a garden bed to the owner of a well-kept plot).• Proactivity, ability to work in multitasking mode.• Good analytical skills, understanding of metrics and their importance for various business tasks.• Portfolio required.• Desirable: ability to create content in real conditions (garden, plot, etc.).• Desirable: ability to label advertising or willingness to quickly learn and handle this within tasks.

• Contract with an individual entrepreneur or self-employed person.• Preferably located in Moscow or Moscow region with the ability to come to the office for face-to-face discussions once a week or once every 2 weeks.• Payment from 70,000 to 100,000 RUB per month, depending on experience and alignment with our expectations.
